Publication Peer Review

This OMG Discussion Paper proposes that there should be a standard structure for a Cloud Service Agreement in order to facilitate the comparison and purchase of such services, and it presents such a structure for discussion and potential adoption. The paper aims to provide useful guidance to cloud service customers to assess the completeness of a cloud service agreement proposed by a cloud service provider. It also marks the beginning of discussions that may lead to an OMG standardization effort. 

The Object Management Group (OMG) is a liaison of the CSA International Standardization Council.
