Andrew C. Reed is a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army and holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. His research has been published in top-tier cybersecurity conferences, and his teaching experience spans foundational to advanced courses in computing and cybersecurity. In addition to his academic achievements, LTC Reed has extensive military experience, serving in key leadership roles ranging from Company Commander to Division Network Engineer. He currently serves in the DoD CIO as part of the Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) team.
