As the Group Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Swatch Group, Daniel oversees the information security strategy and governance for the world's largest watchmaking company. He has extensive experience in leading and managing information security programs and projects in alignment with the business objectives and the protection needs. Together with his team, he cultivates a culture of security awareness, ensuring the integrity, confidentiality and availability of information across global operations.

Daniel is passionate about cybersecurity and education, and he is actively involved in the community as an advisory board member at SATW and a lecturer at Lucerne University. He teaches and mentors the next generation of information security professionals and supports human-centric security initiatives to raise user awareness and resilience.
