Josh Woodruff runs MassiveScale.AI, where he shapes a company's full AI plan from the agents worth building to the security and governance foundation that protects them. He wrote the Agentic Trust Framework, the first Zero Trust governance specification built for AI agents, and chairs the framework at CSAI, the Cloud Security Alliance's 501(c)(3) foundation securing the agentic control plane.

At CSA, Josh is a Research Fellow and co-chairs the Zero Trust Working Group, driving Zero Trust architecture guidance and critical infrastructure applications. As IANS Research Faculty for AI, Zero Trust, Cloud, and Identity, he advises Fortune 500 security leaders on agentic AI adoption.

His book Agentic AI + Zero Trust: A Guide for Business Leaders, with a foreword by Zero Trust creator John Kindervag, lays out the full framework with enterprise implementation patterns. Josh brings 30 years of security leadership across financial services, biotech, defense, and critical infrastructure, including eBay, Microsoft, Morgan Stanley, American Express, and a CIO/CISO role at a B2B SaaS company.

He speaks at RSAC, the DoD Zero Trust Symposium, CSA Summits, and IANS Forums.
