Josh Woodruff is the Founder and CEO of Massive Scale Consulting, a firm that transforms how organizations operate and innovate by combining Zero Trust security strategies, AI enablement, and Cloud Native approaches. Josh is also a co-lead of the Cloud Security Alliance Zero Trust Working Group, as well as a member of IANS Faculty.

With over 25 years of engineering and security leadership, most recently as CIO/CISO, Josh has built and led global teams in Security, DevOps, Platform Engineering, and Cloud Operations at organizations ranging from startups like Zuora and CafePress to technology giants like eBay and Microsoft, consistently delivering breakthrough results by combining cutting-edge technology adoption with cultural transformation.

A recognized thought leader in Zero Trust security and digital transformation, Josh is known for his practical, results-driven approach that emphasizes high-velocity innovation while maintaining world-class operational excellence.
