Mahmood holds multiple prestigious industry certifications including CGEIT, CRISC, CISSP, and CISA, demonstrating his deep commitment to excellence in IT governance, risk management, and information security. His professional background includes significant roles as Lead Enterprise Architect at avantage and over 11 years as Client Architect at TELUS, where he gained valuable experience in large-scale enterprise systems.
A dedicated volunteer in the cybersecurity community, Mahmood previously served as Director at Large for the ISACA Vancouver Chapter from 2011 to 2013, where he contributed to advancing IT governance knowledge and best practices.
