Pamela Fusco is a globally recognized cybersecurity and business technology executive with over three decades of leadership experience spanning Fortune 50 corporations, government agencies, and high-growth startups. As the Founder and Chairman of CBG, Pamela leads a premier software firm delivering “GRIZZLY” an AI native asset management platform and headless software services.

Throughout her career, Pamela has held C-suite executive positions at industry giants including Splunk, Citibank, Merck, Digex (Verizon), Booz Allen, and Apollo Education Group. She has led global teams, managed billion-dollar technology portfolios, and driven digital transformation initiatives that have reshaped enterprise cybersecurity and operational resilience. Her leadership has directly influenced the development of secure cloud architecture, regulatory mandates, M&A integrations, and investor relation strategies for some of the world’s most recognized brands.

Serving in prior roles as USN cryptologist, NSA analyst, Pentagon and White House staff liaison, delegate, for Policing Cyberspace International, Pamela brings a unique blend of military precision, business acumen, technical expertise, and global strategic vision to every engagement. She currently resides on numerous boards and advisory councils, including the National Cyber-Forensics and Training Alliance (NCFTA), Cloud Security Alliance (CSA), and Bulkhead Security, and previously Adjunct Faculty, National Security Agency/Central Security Service (NSA/CSS) National Cryptologic School (NCS), ISSA International, Board, Executive Office (CFO), Representative, 44^th Presidential Commission on Critical Infrastructure Protection Executive Council, Pacific Crest, Mosaic Group, SAFE Bio Pharma, and Board of Directors, President, CSA NY Metro.
