Steve Lodin is Vice President of Information Security in Corporate Security at Sallie Mae Bank. Mr. Lodin is focused on managing governance of identity and access management, perimeter security, endpoint protection, vulnerability management, and threat intelligence to reduce risk and ensure compliance. Sallie Mae Bank is 100% in the cloud focused on IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS solutions to run the business. As an accomplished information security professional, Mr. Lodin has been published in numerous information security publications. He has been a speaker at many security conferences, as well as numerous local security chapter meetings. He has a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Purdue University where he was a member of the COAST/CERIAS program. Mr. Lodin has maintained his CISSP since 1998 and is currently the Board treasurer for the Ohio River Valley regional chapter of the Cloud Security Alliance.
