AlertEnterprise provides a SaaS-based Physical Identity and Access Management (PIAM) platform, “Guardian,” designed to manage and govern identity and access across enterprise environments. The platform enables organizations to automate the provisioning, management, and deprovisioning of access to both physical facilities and integrated IT systems throughout the identity lifecycle (joiner, mover, leaver). The service integrates with enterprise systems such as HR platforms, identity providers, and physical access control systems to enforce policy-based access decisions, support compliance requirements, and provide centralized visibility and auditability of access activities. Key capabilities include access request and approval workflows, role-based access control, visitor management, and periodic access reviews. AlertEnterprise delivers this solution as a cloud-hosted SaaS offering deployed on infrastructure provided by Amazon Web Services. While AWS provides the underlying cloud infrastructure, AlertEnterprise is responsible for the application layer, security controls, data protection, and service delivery to customers.
