Magic Notes

Magic Notes is a web app which runs in an internet browser on mobile and desktop. It is used by staff to record conversations with residents, carers, provider staff and others involved in the delivery of services to individuals. AI models are used to create transcripts and summaries from the recordings, and staff can request changes and make edits directly in the tool. Summaries are produced in-line with case note templates and other templates defined by the organisations. Outputs are reviewed by staff then copied and pasted into a case management system or other systems they may use outside of Magic Notes.
