Lexicon Intelligence is an AI customer service platform that answers customer enquiries using only each business’s own approved information. When it cannot give a supported answer, it hands the conversation to the business’s human staff, and staff can take over any conversation at any time. Each business controls what the assistant is allowed to say and can review the source behind every answer.
