xDome Secure Access (“XSA”) is a secure remote access solution for internal staff and authorized third parties connecting to OT assets. The service provides controlled, time-bound, and policy-driven access over supported protocols without requiring agents on target systems. Access requests are authenticated and authorized via integrated identity providers, and all sessions can be monitored in real-time, recorded in full, and logged for audit purposes. XSA also enforces file transfer restrictions and integrates with security monitoring tools.
