Definnovation OÜ (Tallinn, Estonia) builds RDA — Retail Data Analytics, a B2B SaaS platform providing CPG brands with retail insight dashboards and data pipelines: product distribution, on-shelf availability, pricing, and sales dynamics across e-grocery and retail platforms.

The platform processes retail market data only — no consumer personal data by design. Production infrastructure is hosted in EU datacenters (Hetzner, Germany/Finland — ISO/IEC 27001:2022; DigitalOcean Frankfurt — SOC 2 Type II). As an EU-established company, Definnovation is directly subject to the GDPR.

Independent assurance roadmap: external penetration test — Q4 2026; SOC 2 Type I — Q1 2027; SOC 2 Type II — Q3–Q4 2027.
