Cloud-enabled digital services provided as Software as a Service (SaaS), including brand protection services, global domain portfolio management, authoritative DNS infrastructures (including DNSSEC), managed hosting services, and managed application platforms. Services are designed, operated and managed by the organization and delivered on third-party cloud infrastructure under the shared responsibility model. The organization is responsible for service configuration, security, monitoring, incident and change management, while underlying physical infrastructure and cloud platform services are provided by external cloud service providers.
