Tenant Migration by DuoCircle is an enterprise-grade email queuing service that prevents email
loss during Office 365 and Google Workspace tenant-to-tenant migrations. When organizations
migrate between tenants on the same platform, a 4-8 hour window occurs where the old tenant is
deleted before the new one is fully provisioned during this gap, inbound email is lost. Tenant
Migration eliminates this risk.

The service operates by redirecting MX records to DuoCircle's infrastructure, which captures and
securely holds all inbound email for up to 45 days. Once the new tenant is ready, queued messages
are released with a single click. Message Replay technology provides a safety net by automatically
retrying delivery if initial attempts fail.
