Podium is Midot's SaaS assessment platform. It delivers online integrity and work ethics tests to candidates and provides employers with scoring, reporting, and candidate management. The service is hosted on AWS (eu-central-1, multi-AZ) and operated under an ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified ISMS (SII, certificate 1126872). Midot processes candidate data as a data processor under GDPR and the Israeli Privacy Protection Law.
