Fhinck Operational Intelligence Platform

Fhinck Operational Intelligence Platform

The Fhinck Operational Intelligence Platform is delivered as SaaS from Google Cloud regions in the United States. A desktop agent installed on the customer's corporate computers captures digital activity (applications, systems and time in use) and sends it over TLS to the Fhinck cloud, where each customer's data is stored in a dedicated dataset. Customers see the results in a web dashboard.

Modules

  • Task Mining: operational intelligence analytics on processes and the systems actually in use.
  • Journey Assistant: enforces authorized working hours by locking the computer outside them.
  • Operational Mapping: builds standard operating procedures (SOPs) from recorded work sessions and uses AI to classify each process as eliminate, standardize, optimize, automate or agentify.

The AI analyzes and recommends; the decision and the execution always stay with the customer.
