InterMIND

InterMIND is a real-time meeting platform for teams working across languages. It provides live speech translation and transcription during the meeting, and AI-generated summaries with action items afterwards. Meetings run in the browser with no install required; native desktop and mobile apps are also available.

Customer meeting content is processed and stored in the EU (France, Germany, Ireland). Speech recognition and voice translation run on our own engine hosted in France. Every AI call on meeting content is pinned in code to an EU API with zero data retention, so prompts are not stored by the provider and are not used for training. No meeting audio is stored — speech persists as text only; recordings exist only when a host explicitly records, and are private and deletable.
