CSA STAR Registry

InventIA is a cloud-based application for cyclic inventory counting and warehouse management, built for industrial and mining companies that count materials in the field.

What it does: counting plans by ABC class and location, mobile counting with photos and offline support, recount and difference review, master-data loading from Excel, warehouse receipts and issues with traceability, reports and audit trail of every change.

How it is built: multi-tenant SaaS; a static web app served from GitHub Pages, with PostgreSQL, authentication, file storage and serverless functions on Supabase (AWS, sa-east-1 / São Paulo). Each customer's data is isolated with row-level security on every table. TLS in transit, encryption at rest, MFA for administrators, daily backups.

Customers: companies in Chile. Data is hosted in Brazil (AWS São Paulo).
