Kanbanchi

Kanbanchi is a project and task management tool natively integrated with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, helping teams plan, collaborate, and track work within the platforms they already use.

For Google Workspace, Kanbanchi connects with Google Drive, Gmail, Calendar, and Forms, allowing users to manage project boards stored directly in Google Drive and share them easily. For Microsoft 365, it integrates with OneDrive and SharePoint, enabling teams to store and manage boards within their existing environment, collaborate across shared workspaces, and deploy organization-wide via the Microsoft 365 Admin Center. Outlook users can also create tasks via email.

Kanbanchi includes an intuitive Kanban board, Gantt Chart, and Time Tracker for real-time collaboration and visual workflow management.

Core features include creating and sharing unlimited boards and cards, managing permissions, attaching files from cloud storage, receiving notifications, integrating with email and calendars, and organizing tasks with tags, filters, and customizable views.

Advanced features include Gantt charts, time tracking, reporting and data export (e.g., Looker Studio or Power BI), task prioritization, templates, subcards, swimlanes, list view, backups, corporate branding, and data import from CSV.
