Luxia

Luxia is a cloud-delivered AI SaaS platform that enables SMEs and Public Administrations to build and operate AI agents grounded in their proprietary business data.

Deployment models: EU private cloud or on-premises, ensuring full data residency within customer-controlled infrastructure. No data is routed through US-hosted services.

Data ingestion: The service connects to relational databases, ERP and CRM systems, internal file systems, and unstructured documents (PDF, Word) via an AI-powered ETL pipeline. Ingested data is indexed into a dedicated, per-tenant private vector database with no cross-tenant data sharing.

- Natural language querying of databases (proprietary text2SQL model, developed with Politecnico di Torino)
- Document analysis, interactive PDFs, and contract compliance checklists
- Financial statement analysis and AI writing assistance
- Multi-channel output: web, messaging apps, VoIP, email, and physical totems

Tenant isolation: Each customer operates a fully isolated data pipeline. Customer data is never used for shared model training or cross-tenant inference.

Service continuity: Model updates, infrastructure maintenance, and schema changes are managed by Luxia within the SaaS contract, requiring no internal IT resources from the customer.

The application is designed for GDPR compliance and EU data sovereignty requirements.
