Mnemio AI builds AI agents for every employee and a shared company memory. Founded in 2026 and headquartered in Noida, India, we serve businesses that want AI help across everyday work without giving up control of their data.

Each employee gets their own agent. It works in the tools the team already uses (email, chat, documents, CRM and industry software), learns how that person works, and shares useful knowledge with the company only under rules the customer's admins set. People approve anything that is sent, posted or shared.

Mnemio is delivered as a single-tenant service. Every customer gets a dedicated install on Kubernetes, either in the customer's own cloud account or in one Mnemio operates for them on DigitalOcean, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud. Installs share no database, keys or network.

Security is built in: single sign-on through the customer's identity provider, an isolated workspace and firewall for each agent, encryption in transit and at rest, per-group permissions and spending limits, and a full audit trail. We self-assess against OWASP ASVS 5.0 Level 2 and the OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications, and publish our security practices at mnemioai.com/security.
