Nadine’s Capital Planning Software as a Service (SaaS) has evolved over the past fifteen (15) years leveraging Nadine International’s extensive experience and expertise in asset management, capital planning, facility condition assessments, engineering consulting and code consulting which has provided the strong functional architecture and foundation to the product. Due to overwhelming market demand Nadine extended the asset management and capital planning software solution as a service in 2004 to various clients and has developed a substantial network of in-house multi-discipline consultants extremely capable of effectively and efficiently evaluating asset management solutions to address client needs. As a result, our application is tried, tested and has undergone numerous enhancements over the years based on market demand and customer requirements, meets or exceeds capital planning software requirements and is successfully proven in the market, with a high level of customer satisfaction.
