Il servizio gestisce nell'ambito della Formazione Continua in Sanità i seguenti processi: -Accreditamento Provider ECM -Gestione Ente Accreditante -Gestione attività formativa del Provider sia accreditata ECM che non -Erogazione della formazione dei Provider (FAD) -Fabbisogni informativi regionali e ministeriali (AGENAS/ Co.Ge.A.P.S) -Formazione di base e specialistica del personale sanitario Il sistema è centrato sul Dossier Formativo del professionista/dipendente che viene alimentato dai processi aziendali relativi alla formazione quali la definizione del piano formativo la progettazione dei corsi, iscrizione dei professionisti agli eventi formativi, fino al calcolo ed al bilancio dei crediti ECM e alla trasmissione al Co.Ge.A.P.S.
