Part3 Part3 is a cloud-based construction administration software platform purpose-built for architects and engineers. It replaces the fragmented workflow of email threads, shared drives, and disconnected tools with a single, centralized system designed around how architecture and engineering firms manage construction projects. The platform covers the full scope of construction administration — from submittal review and drawing management to field reporting, change orders, and certificates for payment. Its AI-powered Submittal Assistant scans incoming submittal packages against project specifications, flags discrepancies, and provides review suggestions, reducing manual effort in document review. ProjectFiles gives teams a controlled hub for organizing and distributing construction drawings and specs. Field reports can be created on-site from a mobile device with embedded photos. Part3 is hosted on Google Cloud Platform with data residency in the United States or Canada. The platform maintains a strong security posture including SOC 2 Type 2 certification, AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.2+ in transit, SSO and MFA support, and role-based access controls. Customers can export their full project data — including finalized documents, attachments, and audit history — on demand at any time. Part3 integrates with industry tools such as Procore, and is designed for architecture and engineering firms looking to modernize their construction administration workflows.
