Prosidio, Inc. is a US-based medical technology company founded by Dr. Jonathan C. Simmonds, an otolaryngologist and rhinologist. Prosidio supplies high-quality endoscopic and ENT office equipment — camera systems, endoscopes, and microscopes — at disruptive price points, serving clinics, ambulatory surgery centers, and academic institutions across the United States.

Prosidio is extending this hardware foundation with Lynx, an AI-powered platform for the endoscopy workflow. Lynx connects clinical video inputs to secure, standards-based AI services, with a privacy-first design: on-device de-identification of patient-identifying content, encryption in transit and at rest, and auditable AI outputs. The platform is developed under Prosidio's quality management system, aligned to FDA medical-device software expectations and HIPAA-oriented safeguards.

As a genAI application provider, Prosidio's cloud services are hosted on Google Cloud Platform, with identity and access managed through Google Cloud IAM and Firebase Authentication, secrets held in Google Cloud Secret Manager, and change control through peer-reviewed, version-controlled deployments.
