Prosidio Lynx

Prosidio Lynx is Prosidio's cloud service supporting its AI-powered endoscopic video platform, developed for the ENT and endoscopy clinical workflow. The service provides secure capture, processing, and management of clinical video and related data, and connects clinical inputs to generative-AI application capabilities under a privacy-first design.

Security architecture: the service is hosted on Google Cloud Platform (Firebase, Cloud Functions, Firestore, Cloud Storage). Identity and access management uses Google Cloud IAM and Firebase Authentication with unique per-user accounts and role-based permissions; service-to-service credentials are held in Google Cloud Secret Manager with least-privilege service accounts. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256) using Google Cloud–managed encryption. Changes are deployed through peer-reviewed, version-controlled pipelines with separate staging and production environments, and administrative activity is captured in Google Cloud audit logging.

The platform is developed under Prosidio's quality management system, aligned to FDA medical-device software expectations and HIPAA-oriented safeguards, including on-device de-identification of patient-identifying content before cloud processing where the workflow requires it.
