Our products have been designed using artificial intelligence (AI) that process unstructured data received from candidates, match with job description and provide the match score. Besides intelligence it has features to easily integrate with e-mail, messaging, and social media platforms.

Recruitment Smart has hosted services on cloud platforms like AWS. To maintain security and privacy of data which is mainly candidate’s information in either plain text, pdf, MS Word, or html forms, etc., Recruitment Smart has developed Information Security Policy, which is mandatory to follow by all the stakeholders involved in processing sensitive and business critical information.
