Ata Server provides virtual private servers, cloud infrastructure, and managed web hosting for businesses and individual customers. Services include virtualized compute resources, cPanel hosting, backup and recovery, and infrastructure management. Infrastructure is distributed across three datacenter locations, with high-availability capabilities, redundant power and network connectivity, and certificate-authenticated IPsec communications between datacenters. Security practices include role-based access, multi-factor authentication for administrative access, logging and monitoring, vulnerability reviews, isolated application testing, and controlled changes with rollback procedures. Backup frequency, retention, recovery arrangements, allocated resources, and the division of security responsibilities between Ata Server and customers depend on the selected service and customer agreement.
