Author OS

Author OS is a multi-tenant SaaS, the AI operating system for firms that sell and deliver projects (architecture, design and construction). It includes a WhatsApp CRM with an AI sales assistant, AI-built quotes, online signing that creates the project, client, contractor, developer and investor portals, finance with collections and receipts, and AI agents for admin work. Available in English and Spanish on web, mobile and desktop. Hosted on Railway (database and API) and Cloudflare (web and private file storage). Each firm's data is isolated with Postgres row-level security, credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM and versioned key rotation, files are served only through short-lived signed URLs, and backups run daily to a separate private bucket.
