Calm Health

Calm Health is an evidence-based mental health platform designed to help people easily navigate to personalized mental health support. Calm Health is available through employers and health plans.

With millions of Americans familiar with Calm, Calm Health serves as an entry point to trusted mental health resources in-the-moment or as a supplement to additional behavioral health resources such as therapy or coaching.

Calm Health includes:

Mental health screenings: Calm Health leverages industry-standard screenings of the Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale-7 (GAD-7) and Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9). Based on screening results, people can receive personalized mental health education and resources that may help with their specific needs.

Personalized programs and daily self-care content: Individuals have access to a full library of mental health resources including programs created by psychologists for common mental health challenges, physical conditions or life experiences. In addition to these programs, members can explore daily tools to help with mindfulness, anxiety support, stress management, better sleep and more.

Coaching and therapy referrals: Calm Health is integrated with a person’s specific health plan benefits, helping connect them to additional behavioral health resources and services included in their plan. This may include referrals to virtual behavioral coaching or licensed mental health therapists outside of Calm Health.
