CMDBuild READY2USE manages hardware and software CIs (configuration items), client and infrastructural ones, and both physical and virtual ones, following the ITIL best practices.

It implements several workflows: Incident Management, Request Fulfilment, Change Management, Problem Management and Asset Management. For the support of Service Desk processes a Self Service Portal has been implemented which provides users with a simplified interface to interact with the technical staff.

CMDBuild READY2USE includes the sync connectors with external systems for automatic discovery and monitoring.
