DealerPeak CRM

DealerPeak CRM

DealerPeak CRM is an enterprise-grade, cloud-based Customer Relationship Management platform designed specifically for automotive, RV, and powersports dealerships. The multi-tenant Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) application unifies the entire customer lifecycle into a single web-based interface, eliminating data silos between sales departments, Business Development Centers (BDC), and internet marketing teams.

The platform features automated lead management, multi-channel communication tools (SMS, email, and telephony integration), and real-time inventory syncing. It features a secure Open API for seamless integration with external third-party digital retailing tools, credit screening software, and F&I (Finance and Insurance) platforms. Additionally, DealerPeak CRM includes native iOS and Android mobile applications equipped with secure driver's license scanning, allowing dealership personnel to capture leads, track vehicle inventory, and manage client communications directly from the showroom floor or physical lot.

Offers an industry-accepted way to document what security controls exist in IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS services. It provides a set of Yes/No/NA questions and space to justify the response a cloud consumer and cloud auditor may wish to ask of a cloud provider to ascertain their compliance to the Cloud Controls Matrix (CCM).
