e-snapp

e-snapp is a SaaS platform for multi-site monitoring and management of energy, facilities and critical infrastructure. The service collects telemetry from field devices and sensors, supports analytics and reporting, alarm/event management, workflows, and role-based access for organizations and public sector entities.

The platform provides secure web and API interfaces for integration, operational dashboards, and automated notifications. The service is operated under Renua’s certified management systems (ISO 9001 for quality management and ISO/IEC 27001 for information security management), with documented processes for access management, change and release management, incident handling, vulnerability management, logging/monitoring, and continual improvement.

Service responsibilities follow a shared responsibility model: Renua manages the cloud service operation and security controls within the service scope, while customers configure users, roles, data sources, and tenant-specific settings in accordance with the provided guidance and contractual terms.
