Ecko Health is an AI-augmented practice management platform built for mental health clinicians in Australia. It combines clinical documentation tools — scheduling, client records, billing, consent management — with AI-powered session transcription, clinical note generation, and between-session continuity features.

All AI-generated content is presented as a draft for mandatory clinician review before entering the clinical record (human-in-the-loop architecture). No patient data is used to train AI models. All clinical data is stored exclusively in Australia (GCP Sydney).

The platform serves solo practitioners, group clinics, and enterprise mental health organisations. A patient companion app (Clinical Twins) provides between-session support under clinician supervision.
