EMA Cloud is a fully managed cloud archiving service from ARTEC IT Solutions. It provides organizations with an independent, centralized archive for business-critical information outside of the live Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace environment.

EMA Cloud is commonly used for email archiving and supports long-term retention, fast search, legal hold, compliance, investigations, and eDiscovery. It can also archive Microsoft Teams messages, SharePoint, OneDrive, Google Workspace content, files, and legacy or on-premises data.

Users can be granted access to search their own archived content through Outlook, web, or mobile, while authorized teams such as IT, Legal, Compliance, and executive management can have broader access across the archive.

EMA Cloud environments are provisioned and managed by ARTEC rather than through a public self-service signup process. The service is hosted on AWS infrastructure and is designed to provide secure retention, centralized access, scalability, and long-term control of archived information.
