FinlexPro is a SaaS regulatory intelligence platform for EU financial regulation, developed and operated by Ravencord OÜ (Estonia).

The platform provides instant search and AI-powered analysis across 2,400+ indexed documents covering MiCA, DORA, AML Regulation (AMLR), AMLD6, AMLA, Transfer of Funds Regulation (TFR), PSD2, EMD2, MiFID2, SFDR, and ESMA/EBA Guidelines. Features include intelligent keyword matching with synonym expansion, article-level citation accuracy, AI-powered regulatory analysis, and CJEU case law integration.

Designed for compliance teams, legal professionals, and financial institutions operating within the EU regulatory framework.

Architecture: Cloud-native SaaS built with Next.js (Vercel), FastAPI (Render), Qdrant Cloud vector database, OpenAI for AI analysis, Clerk for authentication (MFA-supported), and Stripe for PCI DSS Level 1 compliant payment processing.

Security & Compliance: GDPR compliant, end-to-end TLS 1.2+ encryption, data processing agreements with all sub-processors, comprehensive security policies covering all CSA CCM domains, annual security reviews, and automated vulnerability scanning.

Data Handling: Customer data (account info, bookmarks, search queries) processed and stored with encryption at rest and in transit. Payment data handled exclusively by Stripe. No customer data used for AI model training.
