GoPrivacy is the tool supporting Controllers and Processors for a better structured documental managment of Privacy Compliance.
Developed with the legal supervision of the law firm ICT Legal Consulting, also helps Data Protection Officers (DPO) in performing their task of comply with accountability principle, by documenting their privacy compliance choices such as the Processing Analysis (by mantaining the record of processing activities), the Risk Analysis, the managing of Data Processing Impact Assesment (DPIA) and more. All in accordancewith the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
