Grayhaven Managed AI Systems are custom AI models and AI agents that Grayhaven Industries builds, deploys, and operates for healthcare, legal, and banking organizations.
Each system is built for a specific job, such as classifying records, triaging documents, or preparing requests for staff review. It runs where the customer's policy allows: in the customer's own cloud account, on hardware in their office, or through an outside AI service they approve for that job. The AI models in use are chosen per job and approved by the customer before use.
Grayhaven monitors each system in production, keeps it current, and fixes it. The cases the system is unsure about go to a person. Changes are tested before they reach production and can be rolled back.
Healthcare customers can sign a Business Associate Agreement with Grayhaven.
