GuestLume is a cloud-based AI guest-assistant SaaS for independent hotels. Guests access it via a web chat opened through an in-room QR code (with optional WhatsApp support), where they can ask questions, report room issues, request amenities, and order room service — all in their own language, with the assistant automatically detecting and replying in whatever language the guest types. Hotel staff manage and route all incoming guest requests through a web-based dashboard, with automatic escalation if a request isn't acknowledged in time.
The service is multi-tenant, with each hotel's data isolated via row-level security, and runs on cloud infrastructure that includes SOC 2–certified subprocessors.
