Jakala provides a distinctive mix of vertical know-how, a renewed and integrated range of services in Advisory, Data & Analytics Digital, Engagement, Marketing Activation, Loyalty & Engagement and Location Intelligence even whit a Saas cloud appoach.
Among other services and solution Jakala Engagement Cloud, a proprietary platform, delivered in fully outsourced SaaS mode, enables all engagement mechanics. The platform has the major advantage of being integrated with the main partners, to ensure a “seamless” distribution of the content and benefit in all countries involved. Hybrid-cloud modular platform, open to customization and 3rd party integration enabling the engagement mechanics, natively integrated with main voucher/coupons distributors, that includes out-of-the-box call center interfaces. The technology allows to convey initiatives through different touchpoints, typically through full responsive websites and mobile APP. Solution uses a dedicated CMS in order to configure/enable specific campaigns per country. User guide and FAQ section will be provided and available online with direct access from the website, managed by the local teams. Jakala provides professional services for integrating the platform with digital/physical touchpoints and with main vertical technologies/solutions (API, batch, …).
