The Plex manufacturing cloud is a cloud-hosted, full industrial suite of solutions to help transform and optimize industrial productions and operations. The platform contains the following capabilities: Manufacturing Execution System (MES), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Quality Management System (QMS), Supply Chain Planning (SCP), Product monitoring, Automation and orchestration, and Asset Performance Management (APM).
Plex was acquired by Rockwell automation in 2021 and is one of the many industrial transformation solutions in Rockwell's software and control product suite.
Plex is hosted on Azure and on other co-location datacenters. It is used in multiple industries across the world.
