Polimorphic Platform

Polimorphic is a multi-tenant, cloud-native SaaS platform for government constituent services. It provides local and state agencies with an integrated CRM, configurable workflow automation, and AI-powered chat and voice assistants that help residents find information, submit requests, and complete transactions with their government. The service is delivered entirely over the web with no on-premise components.

The platform is hosted on Amazon Web Services in U.S. regions (US East-1, Northern Virginia and US East-2, Ohio), with all customer data stored within the United States. It operates on a containerized Platform-as-a-Service model, with compute resources automatically provisioned and deprovisioned to meet demand, and uses AWS VPC, Elastic Load Balancing, S3, and RDS as core infrastructure.

Tenant data is logically segregated at the organization level through database-level access controls. Data is encrypted in transit via TLS 1.2 and at rest via AES-256, using FIPS 140-2 validated AWS cryptographic modules. Access is governed by role-based access control with administrator, user, and no-access tiers; multi-factor authentication is required for all production access, and SSO is available out of the box. The environment is monitored with AWS GuardDuty for intrusion detection and CloudTrail for audit logging, backed by a SOC 2 Type II–audited control environment, quarterly access reviews and vulnerability scans
