PRYAS is Valía’s web-based SaaS platform for managing and tracking medical leave records and Temporary Disability Benefits (SIL).
It gives authorized clients a single place to access, upload, store, review, and follow the status of their medical leave cases, including approvals, rejections, payments, pending actions, and recovery processes.
The platform includes dashboards and management views that help clients understand the status of their cases and monitor key operational information.
PRYAS also supports Valía’s work in traceability, investigation, reconciliation, and financial recovery.
The application, databases, file storage, backups, and data processing are hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS). Access is controlled by user roles and communications with the platform are encrypted.
PRYAS is mainly used by public-sector and institutional clients in Chile.
