RAIA

RAIA is a cloud reporting assistant for radiologists. The physician selects a report language, a modality and an anatomical region, dictates the findings into a standard browser, and receives a draft radiology report built from a stored reporting template and that dictation. The physician then edits the draft and signs it off.

RAIA is an assistive tool, not a medical device. It produces no diagnosis of its own, and the final wording of every report is the physician's. No CE marking under MDR or IVDR is claimed.

Data handling. The service stores no dictation audio, no transcript and no finished report. Audio is held in function memory only for as long as recognition takes; the draft lives in the physician's browser tab. Stored data is limited to the account profile, subscription state, usage metadata containing no clinical content, and security logs.

Where it runs. Serverless compute is pinned to Frankfurt and the database and authentication run in eu-central-1 (Frankfurt); CDN delivery and edge middleware run on a global network. Speech recognition and report generation are contracted with an EEA entity, with processing that may occur outside the EEA.
