Scaled Agents

Scaled Agents is a provider-agnostic, licensed, customer-managed control plane for governed AI Workers. Built on Zero Trust principles with security designed into the control model, it operates under customer authority and connects identity, scoped authority, Human Review, controlled action, evidence, and lifecycle governance.

The service helps organizations define each AI Worker's business purpose, accountable human owner, approved scope, risk tier, data and system boundaries, permitted and prohibited actions, review requirements, and monitoring expectations. Capabilities include AI Worker records, Passports, policy-based Toll Gates, Human Review, short-lived Runtime Permits, controlled action mediation through an Action Broker, lifecycle controls, and evidence trails.

Customers deploy and operate the software in their own controlled environments. They retain authority and responsibility for infrastructure, identities, data, models, providers, integrations, credentials, policies, approvals, monitoring, incident response, production decisions, and outcomes.

Scaled Agents supports governance, security, risk management, and audit preparation. Its records provide transparency and decision support; they do not constitute certification, compliance approval, legal advice, security authorization, or production approval.
