SecureW2 JoinNow

SecureW2's JoinNow platform is a cloud-delivered (SaaS), multi-tenant service that provides passwordless, certificate-based authentication for networks, devices, and applications. The service comprises three integrated components: Managed (Cloud) PKI, a cloud-hosted certificate authority that issues, distributes, renews, and revokes X.509 digital certificates and manages their full lifecycle for users and devices; Cloud RADIUS, a cloud-hosted RADIUS service that performs EAP-TLS authentication for Wi-Fi, VPN, and wired network access with real-time identity lookup and policy enforcement; and JoinNow Onboarding (MultiOS), which provisions certificates and network configuration across managed and BYOD endpoints (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, ChromeOS, and Linux). The platform integrates with identity providers and device-management systems — including Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Google Workspace, and major MDMs — to automate enrollment, certificate issuance, and access policy. Because authentication relies on cryptographic certificates rather than shared secrets, passwords are removed from the access process, reducing credential-based attack vectors.

Offers an industry-accepted way to document what security controls exist in IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS services. It provides a set of Yes/No/NA questions and space to justify the response a cloud consumer and cloud auditor may wish to ask of a cloud provider to ascertain their compliance to the Cloud Controls Matrix (CCM).
