SheetFactorys

SheetFactorys

SheetFactorys is an industrial-grade AI spreadsheet automation engine designed for accountants, analysts, and enterprise power users across Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.

Our specialized conversational interface allows users to instantly translate natural language into complex nested formulas, execute automated data sanitation on up to 10,000 cells sequentially, and render theme-aware, multi-card KPI dashboards without writing manual code.

Core Security & Privacy Architecture: * Zero Data Retention: We utilize an ephemeral, in-memory processing architecture. Customer spreadsheet contents and logic payloads are discarded immediately after processing and are never used to train public or proprietary AI models. * Enterprise Encryption: All data is secured using bank-grade encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest via our isolated Python backend infrastructure. * Least-Privilege Access: The application strictly enforces limited-use OAuth scopes (e.g., spreadsheets.currentonly), ensuring the engine can only interact with the exact active workspace the user authorizes. * Compliance: Architecture is designed to align with strict enterprise data governance, CORS isolation, and modern cloud security baselines.

Offers an industry-accepted way to document what security controls exist in IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS services. It provides a set of Yes/No/NA questions and space to justify the response a cloud consumer and cloud auditor may wish to ask of a cloud provider to ascertain their compliance to the Cloud Controls Matrix (CCM).
