STAR Registry Listing for

Sortiva AI Sales Agent

Sortiva AI Sales Agent

Sortiva AI Sales Agent

Sortiva is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that runs first sales calls for B2B teams. An AI agent joins booked Google Meet calls, holds a discovery conversation with the inbound lead and qualifies them against BANT, MEDDIC or a custom playbook.

How it works - Sales teams share Sortiva booking links with prospects. - When a prospect books, Sortiva creates a Google Meet through Google's Meet REST API. - At the booked time the AI agent joins, runs the call and sends the rep a transcript and qualification scorecard.

Trust by design - The agent always says it is an AI and asks for consent before recording. - Customer call data is not used to train AI models. - Google access is limited to creating meetings (meetings.space.created).

Hosting and data - Production runs on Hostinger and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure in Mumbai, India. - Each customer's data is logically separated by workspace. - All traffic is encrypted with TLS.

Offers an industry-accepted way to document what security controls exist in IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS services. It provides a set of Yes/No/NA questions and space to justify the response a cloud consumer and cloud auditor may wish to ask of a cloud provider to ascertain their compliance to the Cloud Controls Matrix (CCM).
