stillhere preserves the expertise of departing employees before it leaves the company. From an existing mailbox, file storage and a guided interview, it builds a queryable knowledge profile: successors and colleagues simply ask questions in chat or Microsoft Teams and receive answers with a source citation and a clearly stated knowledge horizon. The system identifies gaps in its own coverage and generates targeted interview questions, so the departing person contributes at their own pace without documentation effort. Consent by the individual is required, highly personal content is redacted, and every access is logged. Each customer runs on a dedicated instance with its own database, hosted in Europe or self-hosted on the customer's own infrastructure.
