STAR Registry Listing for
TransVoix Platform
TransVoix Platform
The TransVoix Platform is a real-time AI voice-translation service for enterprise contact centers. It sits in the live call path and translates a conversation turn by turn, in near-real time, so two parties who don't share a language — or a person and an AI voice agent — speak naturally, each hearing the other in their own preserved voice rather than a generic synthetic one.
Because it processes voice (biometric data) on its customers' behalf, the service is built to be controlled, consented, and auditable:
- Per-session consent — affirmative, per-participant consent for recording and voice cloning, captured fresh each session, not carried from storage.
- Append-only audit trail — every consent event and privileged data access is recorded.
- Tenant isolation — row-level security with public access denied by default; authority re-derived server-side from a verified token.
- Encryption — TLS 1.2+ on every interface; AES-256 at rest under keys the service controls.
- Data minimization — audio and full transcripts are not persisted by default; recording is opt-in and consent-gated, with configurable retention and automated purge.
The service runs on audited cloud infrastructure, is HIPAA-aligned (BAA available for covered engagements), and is GDPR-, BIPA-, and CCPA-aligned as a data processor. This CAIQ documents the service's security controls; SOC 2 Type 2 attestation is actively being pursued.

CAIQ Self-assessment v4.0.3
Offers an industry-accepted way to document what security controls exist in IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS services. It provides a set of Yes/No/NA questions and space to justify the response a cloud consumer and cloud auditor may wish to ask of a cloud provider to ascertain their compliance to the Cloud Controls Matrix (CCM).
